A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a swimming pool in the city of Houston was released from jail Monday after spending more than two weeks in jail.
Michael Joseph Molloy, 41, was released on bond Monday, according to Houston police.
He was originally booked into the Harris County Jail on several charges of sexual assault, indecent exposure, and kidnapping.
Molloy was arrested in March on a charge of sexual battery, according the Harris Police Department.
He is accused of having sex with the woman on the swimming pool at the Hyatt Regency in the early morning hours of Feb. 1, according reports.
Police said Molloys alleged victim told police she was raped twice by Molloirs while she was intoxicated.
Police say the victim told investigators that Mollos hands were bound and his genitals were exposed while she performed oral sex on him.
He then forced her to perform oral sex.
Molls bond was set at $250,000.
