When you can’t have a picnic with your friends

In India, you can get a picnic if you have a spare room.
If you don’t have space, it is a shame to be left alone.
On Thursday, the Indian government announced that it will introduce a bill that would allow people to have a free picnic on a public park.
It was part of a government effort to curb overcrowding and pollution in the country.
The government says it wants to give people a chance to socialize and relax in a peaceful setting.
But the measure is likely to anger those who say the idea is to punish the poor and the vulnerable.
“The bill is a clear attempt to control and penalize the poor,” said Vinay Prasad, the executive director of the National Association of Social Justice Organizations.
“It’s a clear attack on the poor.”
The government says the bill is meant to protect people from “harsh” crowding and crowding caused by poor sanitation, water quality and the like.
In theory, it would also allow people who are already crowded in their homes to enjoy a free, public picnic.
The proposed legislation was introduced in December.
